2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website tigerbuggy.com and all services provided by Tiger Buggy, including but not limited to dune buggy tours, ATV quad bike tours, Jeep safaris, campfire experiences, and group event packages.

By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 How to book

Tours can be booked through our website, via WhatsApp (+971 55 166 8500), or by email ([email protected]). A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us.

3.2 Prices

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices include safety gear, a professional guide, and refreshments unless stated otherwise. Hotel pickup is available at additional cost.

3.3 Payment methods

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Online payment is processed through our secure third-party payment provider. Full payment is required before the tour begins.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time — full refund.
• Less than 24 hours — no refund, but you may reschedule once (subject to availability).
• No-show — no refund.
• Weather cancellation — in case of severe weather (sandstorm, heavy rain) making the tour unsafe, we will offer a full refund or free reschedule.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Tour Participation

5.1 Age requirements

• Minimum age to self-drive a buggy or ATV: 16 years
• Minimum age for passengers in 4-seater buggies: 5 years
• Minimum age for Jeep safari passengers: 3 years
• All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

5.2 Driving license

No driving license is required for self-drive buggy and ATV tours — all vehicles operate on private off-road territory. A valid driving license is required only for self-drive Jeep safari options.

5.3 Health & fitness

Desert tours involve physical activity on uneven terrain with exposure to heat, dust, and vibration. Participants should be in reasonable physical health. We strongly recommend that pregnant women, persons with back/neck injuries, heart conditions, or epilepsy consult a doctor before participating. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions before the tour.

5.4 Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions given by guides. We reserve the right to refuse participation or stop a tour if a participant behaves in a way that endangers themselves, other participants, or staff. No refund is issued in such cases.

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

6. Safety & Equipment

All tours include a mandatory safety briefing, helmet, gloves, and protective gear. A professional guide accompanies every tour. Participants must wear all provided safety equipment throughout the tour.

We maintain all vehicles to high safety standards with daily pre-tour inspections.

7. Liability

Desert activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to vehicle rollovers, collisions, heat exposure, dehydration, and contact with wildlife.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Tiger Buggy (Yalla Tours & Travel LLC) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a tour, except where caused by our proven gross negligence.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the tour price paid by the claimant.

We recommend that all participants carry personal travel and health insurance valid in the UAE.

8. Vehicle Damage

Participants are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by reckless driving, failure to follow guide instructions, or intentional misuse. Damage costs will be assessed on-site and charged to the participant.

9. Photos & Media

Tiger Buggy may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide before the tour begins.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on tigerbuggy.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Yalla Tours & Travel LLC and is protected by UAE and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Website Use

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website information accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee that all information is error-free at all times. Tour availability, prices, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
